Directions: Travel any one of the following:
Southern State Parkway to Exit 39N
Long Island Expressway to Exit 51N
Northern State Parkway to Exit 42N
To Route 231 Deer Park Avenue North

• Travel Deer Park Avenue North to the right fork (approx.1000 ft.from
Northern State Parkway exit) which will put you on East Deer Park Road

• Travel East Deer Park Road to Jericho Turnpike

• Quickly proceed t o the far left lane and travel east on
Jericho Turnpike (approx. 1000 ft.) to the first traffic light

• At the traffic light, make a left turn onto Elwood Road

• Travel Elwood Road straight (past John Glenn High School on left)
for approx. 2 miles to Clay Pitts Road (Northport Baptist Church on left)

• Make a left at the intersections onto Clay Pitts Road

• Travel Clay Pitts Road for approx. 2 miles to
St. Francis Church on the right
